National Award winning Elements Akademia is an innovative national chain of Training and Development institutes aimed at bridging the gap between academic teaching and industry requirements, thereby making youth employable.

It was started by a group of 15 IIM Alumni/Faculty includingCXOs of companies like Procter & Gamble, Wipro, Reckitt Benckiser, Cadbury, Sara Lee, Bharti Airtel, Mtv etc.

The vocational training sector alone accounts for over US$10 billion. Preliminary calculation suggests that Employability Training similar to what Elements offers in Tier II cities is worth at least US$1bn. In the last two years, Elements has grown 11 times. In the next 5-7 years, the vision of Elements is to emerge as one of the Top Service Providers in this domain and capture at least 7-8% market share in the chosen cities.
