
Lack of trained manpower for various Sunrise Sectors (KPO/BPO, Insurance, Retail, Telecom, Banking... that require entry level talent in large numbers). The education sector is not yet geared to meet the needs of these sunrise industries.

Usually very low interview to hire rate (single digits in most top companies) and requiring a heavy hiring/training infrastructure at employers. Lost time, inefficiencies, Lost costs given the high attrition rates.
