National award winner Elements Akademia tries to bridge the gap between academic teaching and industry requirements, thereby making youth employable. It was started by a group of 15 IIM Alumni/Faculty, including CXOs of companies like Procter & Gamble, Reckitt Benckiser, Cadbury, Sara Lee, Bharti Airtel, Mtv etc.

Elements has emerged as the "thought leader" in employability space, consulting prestigious apex bodies like ICAI (Chartered Accountants), ICSI (Company Secretaries), AIMA (MBAs), State Governments (Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh) and Corporate India (Cadbury, Genpact, J&J, Bank of America, Aditya Birla Group etc.). It has won various awards like TATA-NEN (One of India's Hottest Startups), Sankalp (Social Entrepreneurship) etc.
