a) Final/Pre-final year students pursuing non vocational degree (BA, BCom, BSc). OR working professionals (with 0-5 years experience) earning looking for a career progression.

b) Aspiring for a Rs. 10,000+ per month job in a top multinational - that offers very professional/global environment and tremendous opportunities to grow (with salaries typically doubling every 2-3 years).

c) Open to work in a metro in a BPO/KPO environment.

d) Know basic English, but interested in improving your grasp of English, managerial skills and domain knowledge to succeed in your career.

e) Willing to devote 2-3 hours a day in classes and self-study modules for the next 6 months.
